Certifications

At AquaBrasil, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. Our products are certified by reputable organizations that ensure the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and fair trade. Here are our key certifications:

Our fabrics are mostly manufactured by Santaconstancia®, using Amni Soul Eco® yarn, the world’s first biodegradable nylon 6.6 yarn. Amni Soul Eco® yarns offer the same high performance as regular polyamide but break down faster and safely after use. They decompose quickly in landfills without leaving toxic residues, thanks to their design that allows bacteria to break them down efficiently. This makes them a great choice for sustainable fashion.

Oeko-Tex Standard 100 is one of the world’s best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer confidence and high product safety. Our biodegradable nylon swimwear fabric is certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100, ensuring that every component, from threads to accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and deemed safe for human health.

CO2 Control

The CO2 Control certification ensures that our manufacturing processes minimize carbon emissions, reducing our overall carbon footprint. This certification is a testament to our commitment to sustainable practices and our effort to combat climate change by reducing the environmental impact of our production.

Our Bio-Degradable certification confirms that the materials used in our swimwear are capable of breaking down naturally and safely in the environment. This certification underscores our dedication to creating products that are not only beautiful and high-quality but also environmentally responsible.

The rational use of water has always been one of Santa's main concerns, as it is not only the precious liquid of life but also not always available to everyone. Therefore, at that time, we set the challenge of finding a solution. Since then, the water used by Santa for dyeing and printing its fabrics has been reused. We do not use potable water. This has been possible thanks to a partnership with SABESP (Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo), ensuring that the water from its production process is always treated after use, later returning to the process in a continuous, closed-loop system.
