Affiliate Program Terms of Agreement

1. Overview

This Affiliate Program Agreement is between Aqua Brasil LLC and the individual or entity participating in the Company’s affiliate program. By joining the Program, the Affiliate agrees to these terms.

2. Affiliate Code

Upon joining the Program, the Affiliate will receive a unique referral code that must be used by customers to track purchases made through the Affiliate’s referral efforts.

3. Commission Structure

• The Affiliate will earn a 10% commission on each sale made using their Affiliate Code.
• Commission is calculated based on the net sale amount after any discounts, returns, or cancellations.

4. Payout Terms

• Commissions will be paid out every 14 to 30 days, depending on the amount accumulated.
• The minimum payout threshold is $50. Commissions below this threshold will be carried over to the next payout period.
• Payments will be made via Paypal.

5. Reporting

The Affiliate will have access to a dashboard where they can track their sales, commissions, and other performance metrics.

6. Responsibilities

• Affiliate Obligations: The Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s products and services ethically and in accordance with the Company’s brand values, including promoting the importance of shopping sustainably and supporting eco-friendly practices.
• Prohibited Practices: The Affiliate must not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising, or misrepresenting the Company’s products or services.

7. Termination

• By the Affiliate: The Affiliate may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
• By the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of this Agreement, unethical behavior, or inactivity.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products.
• The Affiliate agrees to comply with any guidelines provided by the Company regarding the use of its intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.

10. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Acceptance

By participating in the Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. You will not engage in any deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

3. You will only use approved marketing materials provided by our company.

4. You will be eligible to earn a commission for each successful referral made through your unique affiliate link.

5. Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.

6. You will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with your commission earnings.

7. Our company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.

8. You may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to our company.

9. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New York.

10. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this agreement.
